Small-bore Bearings

Medium-duty MT Series bearings are available in small-bore sizes ranging from 50 mm to 170 mm. These bearings are engineered especially for material handling equipment like manipulators, rotary tables, lift assists, and automated storage systems. They are designed to handle moment loads from 832 ft-lbs. to 16,500 ft.-lbs.

The bearings use a four-point contact design that allows them to carry radial, thrust, and moment loads simultaneously. A single four-point contact bearing can take the place of duplexed bearing pairs. With the MT Series bearings, there are fewer parts and less weight, making them an economical and space-saving replacement for kingpost designs.

Pre-engineered bolt holes are standard to simplify installation. The bearings can be specified to incorporate shields or seals to provide lubricant retention.
