Simulations Improve Future Designs

Computer simulations and testing improve components of new spacecraft system

Amber Whalen and Amanda Cutright of NASA explain the importance of testing and computer simulations to help understand design concepts when building spacecrafts.

With simulations, engineers learn as they go through analytical and technical standpoints, and can make specific changes in stages before producing the actual design.
