The assemblies include WORM flexible sensors coupled with a choice of PC-programmable or smart HART temperature transmitters, and precise engineering and stainless steel mounting accessories allow them to endure harsh field environments. The spring-loaded sensors trim to length for quick, easy installation in a wide range of uses. They slide right through the connection head port and into the assembly without removing any of the assembly components. Step response times are 13 percent faster than those of standard sensors. A variety of RTD and thermocouples are available including 100 and 1,000 ohm, platinum RTDs and J- and K-type thermocouples.
