How will customers be impacted by Pelican’s acquisition of Hardigg?

Pelican’s acquisition of Hardigg Industries has prompted many questions about how this will impact customers.  The management teams from both businesses will be working over the coming weeks to put together an integration plan for the combined company. 

Intent is to share the plan with all interested parties will occur as soon as it is complete.  Until that time, both businesses will be run in exactly the same way that they were run prior to the acquisition.  Questions about Hardigg should be directed to Hardigg and questions regarding Pelican should be directed to Pelican.
