While linear guide blocks and linear rails may all appear the same, there are significant performance differences due to the manufacturers' selected standards, and the manufacturing processes used to achieve them.

The rails, the BBRAILMHSR... Series, feature:

  • Construction of AISI 1055 Steel.
  • Availability in lengths ranging from 160 mm to 3000 mm.
  • Predrilled mounting holes at spacing ranging from 60 mm to 150 mm.

The linear guides, the BBXBLKMHSR... Series, are available in heavy and ultraheavy load types.
