Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (6079)

MACfilm IF-2020, IF-2070, and IF-2090 Series acrylic free films are compatible with Nazdar 3400 inks, which are commonly used in the manufacturing of appliances, automotive components, membrane switches, and computers. These pressure sensitive adhesive tapes provide a solution for both nameplate and graphic overlay manufacturers.

Printed decorations are typically applied to the underside of clear plastic to protect the ink layer from surface abrasion. When using pressure sensitive adhesives to mount or bond nameplates, an adhesive layer is applied to the printed ink side, requiring compatibility between the adhesive and the ink layer. The adhesive must bond well to the ink without causing detrimental effects to either component.
