Orientation-free Flat-spray Valve

The Model 2200-245-130 Kiss No-Drip is an airless flat-spray valve designed to eliminate problems created by the orientation of the spray nozzle. As such, it promises to deliver precise, repeatable patterns when spraying sealants, adhesives, and lubricants. It is well suited for robotic, fixed, or hand-operated applications.

To achieve repeatable spray patterns, the valve employs mounting flats on the seat-housing assembly and unique flat-sided spray tips that can be installed in one direction only. As a result, the valve eliminates the need to re-program a robot's tool-tip center-point locations whenever a new tip is installed. In addition, dowel-pin locating holes offer repeatable valve-mounting locations, while carbide ball-and-seat combinations impart abrasion resistance and long life.
