Operator Interface

The webLink 12 is a versatile and open operator interface system designed for the increasing information requirements of the factory floor. The system is designed to meet manufacturing and IT demands be offering a system that includes a Web browser with support for Java and JavaScript, thin client applications, Winterm applications with Microsoft RDP and Citrix ICA client, embedded OS, and standalone PCs with Windows 98, NT, 2000, or Linux.

The core of webLink 12 includes a 12.1-in. TFT flat-panel display, a NEMA 4 front panel with an analog-resistive touchscreen, a 600 MHz Celeron processor, 64 MB RAM,10/100 BaseT Ethernet connectivity, a parallel port, a serial port, PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports, two USB ports, and clip mounting.

It includes options for Pentium III processors up to 1 GHz, expandable RAM up to 512 MB RAM, larger hard drives up to 30 GB, and integrated CD-ROM or CD-RW drive.
