Multi-voltage Ic

At booth 818, austriamicrosystems’ will show its low power triple voltage µP supervisory for multi-voltage systems. Consuming 6.2µA, the AS1920/AS1922 family of triple voltage µP supervisory circuits is suitable for battery-powered equipment, computers, intelligent instruments, critical µP and µC power monitoring, controllers, and automotive applications. The new AS1920/AS1922 family of triple voltage µP supervisory circuits consumes only 6.2A current. The devices offer the ability to monitor three voltages with up to ±1.5 percent threshold accuracy and glitch immunity.
