Mouser Electronics Expands Product Portfolio

Mouser Electronics Inc. has announced the expansion of its portfolio of ON Semiconductor products. The expanded linecard focuses on the manufacturer's newest power management, circuit protection, analog, logic and discrete semiconductor products. Among the new products, Mouser's portfolio now includes:
  • The NLAS3799B, an ultra-low RON dual DPDT and a 0.5Ω RON analog switch.
  • The NCS2220A is a sub-one volt, low-power dual comparator that consumes only 7.5 μA per comparator of supply current. Operating at 0.85 V, this device can be used in systems that require less than 1.0 V—it is also fully operational up to 6.0 V. The comparator features no output phase inversion with overdriven inputs, rail-to-rail input and output performance, as well as internal hysteresis for clean output switching.
  • The NSSxxx Series of Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs). These surface mount devices are designed for use in low-voltage switching applications where energy is vital, according to Mouser. Offering a high electrostatic discharge tolerance of greater than 8,000 V, these low Vce(sat) BJTs are self-protecting against unexpected power surges.
  • According to Mike Scott, Mouser's vice president of Active Products, the addition of ON Semiconductor's products is in keeping with the distributor's business model of offering new, innovative products and technologies to the engineering community.

"Adding the high caliber of the newest products from ON Semiconductor is just what our design engineering customers expect from Mouser," Scott says.
