Miniature Linear Encoder

The LIF400 Series miniature incremental exposed linear encoder, designed for the semiconductor industry, boasts a postage-stamp size scanning unit and high accuracy. It is suitable for fiber stage manufacturing and positioning stage development.

With travel up to 1 m, the encoder maintains a long wave accuracy grade of ۭ um. It features Supradur grating, which offers tolerance against contaminants such as oil, dust, and fingerprints.

Other features include optical limit switches that allow the user to place limits anywhere directly on the scale.
