Miniature Heat Sinks

Miniature UltraCool III non-sheet-metal heat sinks for surface-mount components feature footprints from 0.35 x 0.35 to 1.25 x 1.25 in. with heights of 0.15-0.7 in.

Three standard pin densities are available, with a wide range of configurations. Forged from a highly thermally conductive pure aluminum, the lightweight devices feature very low thermal resistance and omni-directional design. Easily customized to maximize performance within given space constraints, they are effective in forced or natural convection and with slow-moving air.
