Miniature Filters For Emi Suppression

The W2H/W3H Series combines capacitor and inductor elements in a single distributed constant circuit filter. The result is surface-mountable chip filters designed for EMI noise suppression in high-speed applications.

Offered in 0805 and 0612 case sizes, the filters are available in voltage ratings of 25, 50, and 100 V with capacitance ratings ranging from 22 to 100,000 pF. Featuring capacitance tolerances of +50/-20 percent, the filters have dc resistance ratings of less than 0.15 ohms. Current ratings range from 0.5 to 5 A.

Available in NP0 and X7R dielectrics, these feedthrough filters have a standard operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. They are available in standard tape-and-reel packaging, making the W2H/W3H Series compatible with high-speed automated assembly equipment and wave and reflow soldering methods.

Typical pricing is less than 10 cents each in OEM quantities. Sample kits are available.
