Military-grade Microtransformers

The 4216 microtransformer series incorporates Mu-Metal shielding for advanced performance and meets MIL-PRF-27 Grade 5 specifications of use in rigorous military environments.

Featuring a PRI:SEC turns ratio of 1:1-5.99:1, a frequency response of -2 dB, and a maximum distortion of 5 percent, the unit is suitable for military output, interstage, isolation, and driver applications. The tiny unit weighs less than 2 g and has a life expectancy of more than 10,000 hrs. The series is also vibration, shock, and flam tolerant and operates effectively in environments with peak temperatures of 130°C and 98 percent relative humidity. Designed for efficient use of limited circuit board space, the units have a maximum above-board height of 0.355 in. while the pins measure 0.115 in. minimum length.

Pricing in quantities of 10,000 pieces is $16 each.
