Microprocessor-based Adhesive Dispenser

The 1500XL microprocessor-based dispenser is designed to reduce adhesive costs by 50 percent or more and eliminate waste and rework.

A timed air pulse applies the same amount of adhesive on every part. Operation is simple and efficient. After the dispenser console is connected to compressed air and electricity, the adhesive is loaded into a disposable syringe linked to the console by a flexible air line. A convenient teach function makes it easy to determine the correct amount of adhesive for various products and applications. After setting the size of the first deposit, the operator simply positions the dispense tip and presses an electric foot pedal to apply the same amount on each part.
