Micro Idc Cable Assemblies

FFSD Series micro IDC cable assembly systems with contacts on 0.05 x 0.05 in. pitch are available in double row designs.

The low-profile assemblies measure 5 mm tall fully assembled and feature four-finger beryllium copper contacts with 10-25 positions per row. Notch polarization is standard, and a mating through-hole or surface-mount terminal strip provides a 0.25 in. mated height above the board. Also available are TCMD Series systems with contacts on 2 x 2 mm pitch, featuring 0.5 mm square phosphor bronze pins with 2-25 positions per row, and TCSD Series assemblies with tiger-eye contacts in single-end, double-end, and transfer-end designs with a socket on one end and terminal on the other.

Pricing starts at 10-15 cents per mated line.
