Todd Hudson will kick off the SMMA 2009 Spring Management Conference with his presentation on "Lean Training."

The SMMA 2009 Spring Management Conference planning team has selected Todd Hudson of the Maverick Institute to begin the May 6-8, 2009 event with a presentation on “Lean Training—Trim Your Sails for Speedy Knowledge Transfer.”

• Knowledge transfer expert Todd Hudson says this is the perfect time to 'retool' traditional training, which costs too much, takes too long and delivers way too little.
