NASA Ames Becomes Home To Newly Launched Singularity University  

Moffett Field, CA – NASA Ames Research Center announces an Enhanced Use Lease Agreement with Singularity University (SU) to house a new academic program at Ames' NASA Research Park.

  • The university will open its doors this June and begin offering a nine-week graduate studies program, as well as three-day chief executive officer-level and 10-day management-level programs.
  • The SU curriculum provides a broad, interdisciplinary exposure to ten fields of study.

Interim President and Vice President Appointed

Denver CO – The CAD Society announces that it has appointed an Interim President and Vice President to take the CAD Society forward into the new-year.

  • Rachael Dalton-Taggart, 20 year industry veteran and Director of Marketing with Lattice Technology, will be Interim President until the society's AGM later this year.
  • Ken Feitz, 18 year industry veteran, and Marketing Manager at TransMagic Inc. will take the roles of Vice President and Treasurer for the same term.

Accreditation To The ISO 17025 Standard Received

Lake Forest, IL – Associated Research announces that they have received accreditation from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) to the ISO 17025 standard.

  • A2LA is the largest accreditation body to the ISO 17025 standard.
  • The ISO 17025 standard is an International Standard published by the International Organization for Standardization.

Noticeable Changes In Company’s System

Over the past few years, there have been noticeable changes in the AKH FAS-NER System.   Past systems were mostly standard single hit systems.

 Company Awarded U.S. Army STOC II Contract

San Jose, CA–Quantum3D announces that CG2, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has been awarded the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation's (PEO STRI) Omnibus Contract II (STOC II).

  • STOC II is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $17 billion cap over the ten year term.
