Magnet-bonding Adhesives

Series 800 adhesives are light and activator curing adhesives that bond metal, ferrite, and ceramics, fixturing in as little as 30 seconds at room temperature. The impact-resistant adhesives exhibit bond strengths up to 3,000 psi or more. They are suitable for the automation of gapped and ungapped cores, dc motors, speaker magnets, alternators, and flywheels. The adhesives cure with activator for interfacial bonding and boast good gap-filling capabilities as well as thermal shock resistance.

Also included in the line are the Multi-Cure 600 Series, adhesives that cure with both activator and UV light.
