Lee Spring Celebrates 90 Years

Looking for springs that have positively impacted our world

Founded in Brooklyn, NY, in 1918, Lee is celebrating its 90th Anniversary in the United States, its 30th Anniversary in the United Kingdom and its 5th Anniversary in Mexico

Lee Spring is celebrating its 90th Anniversary through its “Better Springs Build a Better World” contest.

Lee Spring is celebrating its 90th Anniversary through its “Better Springs Build a Better World” contest. Customers have been invited to submit products that have positively impacted our world. 

“Our commitment to excellence, innovation, quality, customer service and engineering play an important role in helping our customers build the products that build a better world,” states Helene Herman, Lee Spring director of global marketing.

Products submitted must contain at least one Lee Spring stock or custom part. The contest, which runs through June 30th, 2008 will award five prizes.

The grand prize is a weekend for two in New York City with $900 in spending money. Second prize is $900 and three third prizes of $90 will be awarded.

In 2008, the company welcomed the latest addition in their global expansion with the opening of the Lee Spring China Shanghai Sales office.

The manufacturer of stock and custom mechanical wire springs, have seven ISO 9001:2000 certified locations in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom.
