Higher Torque, Smaller Footprint

Intelligent Motion Systems (Marlborough, CT) introduces the MDrive product line, with its proven leading integrated motor+driver technology. It offers a quad stack NEMA size 23 brushless 1.8° stepping motor that delivers speed-torque comparable to a single stack NEMA 34, but with a footprint 1/3 smaller (29 vs.46 in3 / 187 vs.297cm3) providing an ideal motion control solution for applications demanding high performance but with very limited space for motor, driver, controller and encoder. Additional features include:

Additional features include:

  • Capable of full (256 x 200) microstepping.
  • A +12 to +60 VDC integrated driver.
  • 3 versions are available: Microstepping with step and direction input, Motion Control with intelligent programmable controller, and Speed Control with velocity controller. Compare side-by-side.
  • Oversized input capacitors that minimize power line surges.
  • Extended operating range of –40° to +85°C.
  • Holding torque up to 283 oz-in / 200 N-cm.
