High-current, high Q 0603HC chip inductors are designed for high-frequency, low-voltage applications such as mobile phones.
The wirewound ceramic devices feature continuous current ratings up to 2.4 Adc and can handle transient currents up to 50 percent higher. Inductance ratings are 1.6-24 nH, and Q factors, at low values, are higher than those of existing 0603 chip coils.
Cost for a typical ۯ percent value is 29 cents in quantities of 10,000.
