Hazardous Duty Encoders

Series X25 encoders are rugged, high-performance incremental optical units featuring an environmentally sealed, cast aluminum housing. A stainless steel shaft and clear anodized housing provide corrosion resistance.

Electrical outputs are electronically compatible with almost all drives and PLCs. Differential line driver outputs are available for long cable runs (hundreds of feet) and higher noise immunity.

The units are suitable for use in speed-feedback, cut-to-length measurement, and positioning applications in corrosive and explosive atmospheres. They are designed for use in environments stated in UL Class I, Group C; UL Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F, and G.

Danaher Controls, 1675 Delany Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031. (847) 662-2666.
