Gages For Diverse Fluid Level Applications

A new line of aluminum liquid level gages can be used to view oil levels in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers, and machinery oil reservoirs. The patent-pending design of the gages includes milled aluminum construction and a unique staked end body to handle myriad industrial fluid level applications.

When the gages are in use, fluid enters through a cross hole in the hollow lower bolt and is vented back into the tank through the cross hole in the hollow top bolt. There are many mounting options for attaching the gages including 1/2-20 and 1/2-13 threads. Adapters are offered in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 in. NPT sizes.

The standard seal material is Buna; however, Viton, EPDM, silicone and Teflon-coated seals are available.
