Automatic reset control is adjustable over a 60°F range, from 90°-140°F. The low-load control is used to switch the inductive motor, regulating the adjustable thermostat setting up to a maximum 200°F. An spst switch uses a temperature-sensitive bimetal disc to provide high-speed snap action for long life. A cross-haired V-profile contact design provides improved resistance to contamination through increased force between contacts and a decreased surface area. Mounting tabs snap easily into brackets for water heater tank surface-mount sensing. Units are UL rated at 2.8 FLA, 20 percent power factor, 100,000 cycles, and 4.5 LRA, 120 Vac.
