Drive Pump

The Integral Series electromagnetic drive pump combines a pumphead, a brushless dc motor, and an electronic controller in a single pumping unit that is leak-free. The series is available with a variety of precision gear and centrifugal pumps.

In an effort to provide chemical compatibility and durability, the following materials are available for construction: 316 stainless steel, Ryton, PEEK, Teflon, and carbon graphite.

The pump is engineered to improve upon conventional magnetic couplings by driving the pump electromagnetically, with mo moving parts in the motor. Featuring low RFI and EMI emissions, the design includes an electronic controller that can be controlled manually or with a 0-5 Vdc or 4-20 mA remote control signal, while the patented drive system is expected to provide reliability.

Available in standard or custom OEM configurations, the Integral Series is designed to deliver smooth, pulseless flow rates to 4.1 L/min and pressures to 7 Bar. The pump is suitable for high-precision pumping needs in many chemical, industrial, laboratory, and medical applications.
