Customer-driven site created from understanding of what customers require

DIRAK has introduced a new global website with an improvement in terms of content, appearance and navigation. The new website has been designed in direct response to DIRAK’s customer research. The result is a customer-driven site, created from an in-depth understanding of what customers require from a global, technical website.

The new website features two platforms. A SuperStructure site serves as a corporate portal for The DIRAK Group allowing users to select their local regions and highlighting corporate news and events.

The individual Country Sites feature product and technical information in the local language with region-specific content.

“Design engineers have told us that they need to quickly and easily choose the right DIRAK product for their application … on-line, anytime,” says Udo Kemper, director of marketing.

The new website contains:

1. Multi-language capability. The SuperStructure site of The DIRAK Group is available in English, German and Spanish. Individual country sites are available in US English, UK English, German and Spanish.
2. Product Search. A search feature that allows the user to enter the product system number, part number or word description.
3. Industry Recommended Products. A feature that allows users to view and select products to satisfy specific industry requirements.
4. Product Browsing. Select from a product line of interest with additional features of that product easily available.
5. Technical Advice. Provides a conversion feature to/from metric and English measurements, industry standards and white papers.
6. One-Click Sample Request. Request product samples to test in your applications with one quick click.
7. Download Center. Providing CAD files, OPTIONS Newsletters, catalog pages and product literature.
8. What’s New. A section that features the latest press releases on new product announcements, enhancements and company news.
