Digi-key Signs Pact With Johanson Tech

Digi-Key Corp. and Johanson Technology Inc. recently announced the signing of a worldwide distribution agreement.

Johanson Technology Incorporated (JTI) produces ceramic and wirewound RF inductors, RF capacitors, baluns, filters and more at its facility in Camarillo, CA.

"We are extremely pleased to add this line of leading edge RF components from JTI to our product offering," says Mark Larson, Digi-Key president. "We are certain these products will be of great interest and appeal to our customers."

Featured in Digi-Key's print and online catalogs and available for purchase directly from Digi-Key are a variety of JTI's antennas, baluns, balanced filters, couplers, diplexers, filters and filter arrays.

"We are excited about this partnership," says Scott Horton, Johanson Technology vice president of sales and marketing. "Digi-Key's excellence in design engineering support and providing global logistics will further simplify the procurement process for many of our customers. We believe that a partnership combining JTI's RF components with Digi-Key's speed in execution will bring value to the marketplace by shortening the time to market for our global customer base."
