Data Monitor

The Data Dolphin 400 (DD-400) data monitor is available with cellular, spread spectrum, and WiFi wireless communication options, as well as a 4 MB non-volatile flash memory. Although RS-232 communications are standard, engineers can choose Ethernet and RS-485 wired communication options. Configuration and data delivery software is common across each available communication option. Suitable for harsh field applications, the device operates in temperatures ranging from -40° to +75°C. Three size “C” alkaline batteries operate the clock when the power is off. Thanks to the device’s range of input and output channels, engineers can monitor almost any type of sensing device. All inputs include lightning and static protection. Typical applications include automation of vendor-managed inventory, strain gauge studies, interconnection weir monitoring, meteorological studies, dispenser monitoring, and pump station monitoring.
