Customized plastic and aluminum enclosures are available quickly by specifying modifications — including threaded and unthreaded holes, and panel, door, side, and window cutouts — to any of more than 525 standard enclosures; modifications. The quick turnaround comes through the use of a CAM machining system that mills, engraves, cuts, and embosses. The system is said to deliver high accuracy; unit-to-unit repeatability; and smooth, high-quality edge cuts. Moreover, a built-in graphics converter accepts a wide range of file formats, including Mastercam, DWG, DXF, and IGES. CAM files can also be developed from a customer's drawings.Assembly services are also available. These services can add such accessories as cable management products, mounting plates, inspection windows, terminals, switches, and glands to yield a ready-to-use final product.
