Corrosive Liquid Flow Sensors

Series 106 Flo-Sensors are capable of measuring extremely low flow rates from 15 ml/min to 50 L/min with ۫ percent accuracy.

Featuring Teflon and sapphire wetted surface, the device accurately measures de-ionized water as well as most highly corrosive liquids. Response time is less than 1 sec. Applications include semiconductor liquid flow applications requiring high-purity and particle-free operation and chemical and plating industries.
