Conveyor Simulation Software

Engineers can now view and download 3D CAD drawings of the 125 Series and 250 Series low-profile belt conveyors online. The conveyors and related accessories are featured in 360 degree detail on the manufacturer’s website. Models from the 125 and 250 product lines as well as drives, stands, mounts, and guides are available in STP and DXF file formats. Engineers can download files into a variety of design programs, such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro/E, Ideas, and Inventor. This new functionality links to the 3D-Seek Part Bin, which allows users to search for upstream and downstream components available from other manufacturers. With a 1.89-in. profile, series 125 and 250 conveyors are designed for applications with limited space. The conveyors feature a snap-in tail assembly, which is said to allow belts to be changed in less than five minutes using standard hand tools. The conveyors include permanent belt tensioning for enhanced service life of belts and bearings. This feature also helps to move heavy loads with no tension adjustment required. The conveyors are well suited for use in manufacturing plants, distribution centers, packaging lines, metal stamping applications, and precision manufacturing environments. Conveyor frames are laser cut from 10-gauge steel and powder coated. Drive elements can be lubricated without downtime. Belting is available in more than 50 styles to meet specific application needs. Corrosion resistant and magnetic conveyors are available. Engineers can also choose from a variety of automation accessories, such as transfer plates, diverters, nose bars, adjustable stops, and turning wheels. Motion detection is also available. /
