Air Nozzle (9425)

The 2-inch Super Air Nozzle is engineered to be a highly efficient air nozzle that produces a wide airstream suitable for blowoff cooling and drying applications. The force and airflow can be adjusted by use of interchangeable shims. Air consumption is 21.6 scfm (617 slpm). Force 12 in. (305 mm) from the target is 22 Oz (629 gr) and sound level is 77 dBA with 80 psig (5.5 bar) air and a 0.15-in. shim installed. The airflow cannot be blocked, and the unit meets OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.95(a) and 1910.242(b). Nozzles are available in zinc-aluminum alloy and in type 316 stainless steel, which is suitable for high-temperature, food processing, corrosive, and pharmaceutical applications. Input is 1/4 NPT female.
